I met Jessica through a meetup group and learned she was a realtor. After having previous experience with realtors, I hung back and got to know her and how she liked to approach home buying. When I finally got to a point where I was ready, I asked to meet for coffee. When I arrived, she was waiting with a folder of really helpful information in hand, and I was immediately put at ease. Jessica’s greatest strength as a realtor, is her patience and ability to understand that buying a home takes time for everyone to get comfortable with, especially in my situation as a first-time buyer. For the first 8 months after that initial coffee, I sifted through here daily email blasts until I had enough saved and was truly ready. During that time, she only checked in maybe once or twice to make sure I had what I needed. In short, Jessica was never pushy and that’s what made the process of buying a home much more enjoyable. When we started doing tours together, she put me in contact with Modern Mortgage, and they worked hand-in-hand to give me an awesome deal and crunch numbers on potential mortgages. As far as putting in an offer, Jessica is very knowledgeable and helped advise me on what I should ask for. Furthermore, once we were under contract, she was an excellent advocate for my needs as a buyer and was super communicative. If I asked her to check something, she did it. If she missed something, she would apologize and take care of it. Bottom line, you cannot go wrong with Jessica in your corner. She truly cares about your needs, and wants. I would recommend Jessica as a realtor for anyone, but especially first-time home buyers. I hope to have her help with future real estate dealings.

Working with Jessica made the home buying process fun. We did a new build and she was there every step. In 2020 summer, I was traveling to Denver for several months and was interested in Denver real estate market since I am passionate about real estate investment. This spring I finally moved to Denver. In May, I closed on a house with Jessica's help.
